To hold a room/s at the current rate, the travel agent must receive a $50.00 non-refundable deposit on or before, Monday, February 12, 2015.

Payments should be made by credit card only (no checks). 

Please note the following dates. 

  • Payment 1:  Fifty dollars ($50.00) non-refundable deposit February 12, 2015
  • Payment 2:  Minimum $200.00 payment on or before September 1, 2015
  • Payment 3:  Balance is due May 1, 2016 (at least 65 days prior to the July 7, 2016, departure date)

  • All inclusive (food, drinks, booze)
  • Round trip transfers between  airport and hotel

Rates Do NOT Include:

  • Travel Protection Insurance ~ Although not included, we recommend you get travel insurance. Inquire with the travel agent when making your reservation (see contact info below), or purchase separately.
  • Airfare

You'll need $money$ for:

  • Tips ~ Please bring small bills to tip your wait staff. Although tips are included, the waiters/waitresses, bar tenders, and maid staff all pretty much live on your generosity. A little money goes a long way there.
  • Tours ~ There are plenty of excursions available for your enjoyment. You can purchase them directly through the hotel upon arrival.
  • Souvenirs ~ There are stores available on the resort for your shopping enjoyment.

Reservations:

To book, you will need to supply your date of birth and your legal name as it appears on your passports.  A credit card will be needed to book the reservations.

When making reservations, request the Durant Family Reunion party. Handicap accessible rooms are available upon request.

PASSPORT INFORMATION

You and everyone in your party will need a passport, so if you don't have one or if it's expired or close to it (passport must be valid for at least *six* months past the date of the trip), get started on that right now.
